# RaLHF

## Connect an AI assistant

For RaLHF onboarding, connecting, disconnecting, and reconnecting, follow the [canonical guide’s onboarding and connection messaging guidance](https://ralhf.ai/connect.md#onboarding-and-connection-messages). Keep these messages brief and understandable, perform technical setup quietly, and explain actual results with a supported next step. Use the host-managed connector, reuse working connections, and automatically verify library access. Never ask users to paste callback URLs, authorization codes, or tokens into chat. Guide new users only through account-creation options actually offered by RaLHF. This guidance does not apply to ordinary conversations after onboarding.

## What RaLHF does

RaLHF collects the digital traces of your life into one private library you own, and makes that context available to the AI assistants you choose. RaLHF is a context library, not a chatbot. Compatible assistants reach its cloud-hosted remote MCP service with the user's authorization.

- Upload documents, receipts or any file
- Choose which AI apps can access your library
- Your context belongs to you. RaLHF holds no rights to it, never sells it, and never uses it for ads or model training

RaLHF is free during early access. Users are told by email at least 30 days before any charge applies, and nothing is charged without their agreement.
