We use your information solely to provide and improve the Service, including: providing AI analysis of your content for your personal use, maintaining and improving Service functionality and performance, personalizing your experience, processing payments and managing subscriptions, sending Service-related communications (account notifications, security alerts, support messages), responding to your inquiries and support requests, detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, or security issues, enforcing our Terms of Service, complying with legal obligations, and protecting our rights and property. We do not use your content to train AI models or machine learning algorithms.

4. AI PROCESSING

Your uploaded content is processed by AI models (including OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and others) solely to provide you with the Service features you request, such as summarization, analysis, and natural language querying. Your content is sent to these AI providers only for the purpose of generating responses for you. We do not permit these AI providers to use your content to train their models. Your content remains yours, and we do not claim any ownership rights beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.

5. INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

We share your information only as necessary to provide the Service and as described below:

5.1 Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including: cloud storage providers (AWS) for hosting your data, AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic) for processing your content to deliver Service features, payment processors for handling transactions, and email service providers for sending Service communications. 7. DATA RETENTION

If you delete your account, we will delete your content and personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except as required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or to enforce our agreements.
